Are there any exceptions to the cash back program?

  • Your lender may have certain restrictions that could limit your options for receiving the cash back or disallow it altogether. In the event a buyer’s lender prohibits payment of a rebate, the agent is not obligated to make any rebate payment.
  • If the agent is directed by you to pay a relocation company any portion of the commission, we are not obligated to make any rebate payment.
  • The cash back program is not available for properties where the sales price is less than $100,000 or any contracts entered into prior to January 1, 2010.
