Spanish Oaks Homes
Built by some of Austin's finest builders, Spanish Oaks homes complement the native landscape. Design is important to the long-term vision for the community, so a design review committee works to ensure custom home and landscaping plans meet well defined guidelines. These guidelines include exterior materials such as stone, natural colors of stucco, clay tile or standing seam roofs, and wood windows. They also include less tangible elements such as encouraging home designs that take advantage of existing topography and views.
Existing Spanish Oaks homes range in size from 3,000 to 6,000 square feet and are priced from $1 million to $2.5 million. The smallest home sites are .5 acres and are priced at around $250,000. Within Spanish Oaks, Verde Trails condominiums and new Golf Villas and Preserve Villas offer smaller homes in keeping with design guidelines for the overall community.
